Refund Policy

At Cakie, every cookie and cake is baked fresh with love, just for you. Because our treats are perishable, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds once your order has been prepared, shipped, or collected.


That said, your happiness means the world to us. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving it. Simply drop us a message with your order number and a few photos so we can understand what happened.


We’ll gladly make it right if the issue was on our side, for example:

  1. Wrong item sent,
  2. Missing items,
  3. Quality concerns


In such cases, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/ full refund, depending on what works best.


Kindly note:

  1. We are not able to refund for personal taste preferences or change of mind.
  2. We can’t take responsibility for incorrect delivery details given by the customer.
  3. Any courier delays or damage during transit are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to help you follow up with the delivery service.


Refunds (if approved) are usually processed within 7–10 business days.
