  1. All our baked goods are handmade in small batches. As such, slight variations in shape, size, or appearance may occur.
  2. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith, but we do not guarantee that your screen’s display of colors will perfectly reflect the actual product.


3. Orders & Payment

  1. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment through our approved payment gateway.
  2. Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
  3. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled as our items are made-to-order.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We ship orders via third-party courier services. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference but are not guaranteed.
  2. We are not liable for delays, damages, or loss once the package has been handed over to the courier.
  3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We will not be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

6. Allergy Disclaimer

  1. Our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and gluten. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that products are free from trace allergens.
