- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment through our approved payment gateway.
- Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled as our items are made-to-order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship orders via third-party courier services. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference but are not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for delays, damages, or loss once the package has been handed over to the courier.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We will not be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
