This is the set I’ve always wanted to create.
Not because the market asked for it but because I believed tea deserved to be experienced differently.
What began as a quiet creative pursuit soon found its audience, as many of you wrote asking for cookies where the tea truly shines.
This collection exists because of that shared appreciation.
Built around four distinctive teas, each cookies is designed to allow the character of the leaf: floral, grassy, citrusy, or honeyed - to unfold naturally against a gentle butter base.

🌸 Empress Oolong Butter Cookies
贵妃乌龙牛油曲奇 ｜±220g
Layered with natural floral tones and a subtle roasted warmth, this oolong reveals a smooth, almost honeyed elegance that lingers quietly on the palate. Oh ya, we baked with brown butter as well!
🫖 Japanese Earl Grey Sablé
伯爵沙布列曲奇 ｜±300g
Bright bergamot lifts the delicate sablé, creating a cookie that feels polished yet comforting, familiar, but elevated!
🌿 Jasmine Green Tea Sablé
茉莉绿茶沙布列曲奇 ｜±300g
This tea is scented through tradition jasmine layering, allowing the blossoms to infuse the tea gradually. The result is clean, gentle and effortlessly graceful. Baked together with both cane sugar and Muscovado sugar (but not too sweet!), balanced.

Please store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat to preserve the best taste.
